Having trouble scanning your product?

Try these tips! 

  • On the page where you’re trying to scan the barcode, there’s a link for you to tap called ‘Trouble scanning?’ that will give you the option to upload an image of your product barcode
  • If that isn’t working, please feel free to purchase the product first and send us the receipt
  • We’ll then award you your payment

A bit more info...

  • You'll need to allow the Social Soup app access to your device camera. It will ask you the first time you try and scan. If you deny access, you will need to update this for it to work
  • You may need to take pictures to verify your purchase and receive your payment, the pictures we'll be asking for are: a picture of the product barcode, a picture of the front of the pack and a picture of your receipt showing the purchase of the product
