Sharing to Instagram on Apple devices

Hey Soupers!

There has been a recent change from Instagram that means the "Share to Instagram" button is trying to share to Instagram direct messages instead of to your feed.

If you are seeing this image, then this guide is for you:

First up, when you tap share to Instagram in the Social Soup app your will have the sharing menu. 

Scroll all the way to the right and tap on "More".

In the pop-up that appears scroll down and choose "Copy to Instagram".

Optional: tap on "Edit" and then tap on the "+" button next to "Copy to Instagram". This will add the "Copy to Instagram" button to the list of most used apps in the sharing pop-up.

Optional: if you added "Copy to Instagram" to your sharing pop-up, now tap on it.

Choose "Feed" and share your post to Instagram.

That's it, you're all done!

Head back over to the Social Soup app and it should pick up your share. If it doesn't find it right away, that's ok, please allow 24 hours for it to be found.
