How we communicate with our Soupers

There's a few ways we'll be getting in contact with you when you join up to Social Soup:

  • Email
  • In-app message
  • App notification
  • SMS
  • Phone call

When we communicate to you we send out 3 items - an email, in-app message and app notification. The in-app message contains the content and the other two are to let you know you've received a new message.

Notifications can be turned off in the Social Soup app (head over to 'My profile', then the 'Settings' tab) or at the device level.

If you're invited to an event we'll also send you an SMS reminder on the day, and sometimes even call you up to chat about it.
