Help logging in

Here's some tips to help you log in to your Social Soup account on our app:

  1. Check your email address - make sure to login with the email address you used to create your Social Soup account. Pro tip - if you've recently received an email from us, it's this email address. 
  2. If you use 'Register' instead of 'Login' - that's an entirely new account you've made there - please drop us a line so we can sort you out.
  3. 'Forgot password' will send you an email with a new temporary password if you can't remember your password.
  4. If you're receiving any error 500's, it means that email or mobile phone number is already in use, if you can't remember your old account details please drop us a message.

If you have multiple accounts, please let us know so that we can merge them for you.
