Help logging in
Here's some tips to help you log in to your Social Soup account on our app:
- Check your email address - make sure to login with the email address you used to create your Social Soup account. Pro tip - if you've recently received an email from us, it's this email address.
- If you used 'Register' instead of 'Login' - that's an entirely new account you've made there - please drop us a line so we can sort you out.
- 'Forgot password' will send you an email with a new temporary password if you can't remember your password.
- If you're receiving any error 500's, it means that email or mobile phone number is already in use, if you can't remember your old account details please drop us a message.
If you have multiple accounts, please let us know so that we can merge them for you.
