Activation code

Having trouble with your activation codes? Never fear, we're here to help :)

It can take a few minutes for your code to come through, here's some tips to check in the meantime:

  1. On the "Change mobile number" screen - check that the number listed there is correct
  2. If you need to update the number, you will need to press "Resend code" to receive your new code
  3. If, after a 5 minutes you have not received your code - please press "Resend code"
