Why aren’t I being rewarded for my Instagram posts?

First up, have you connected your Social Media accounts? You can check on the Social Connectors page. If they say “Manage” then you’re connected. You can click manage to see what account you’ve connected. If you have a private Instagram account then your posts won’t appear for a few hours. Is the project hashtag correct on your image? Just double check the spelling, it’s the most common reason why a post isn’t appearing. If, after all of that your image still isn’t appearing, get in contact with us.
