I’m not receiving any messages or emails from Social Soup

If you’re not receiving any app messages, it’s most likely that we just haven’t had a suitable project for you :(. 

If you’re not receiving any emails from us, there’s a few things that could be happening:

  1. Add us to your safe senders list. Please note, this is NOT adding us as a contact, in the settings of your email provider are additional options for adding specific email addresses to the safe senders list. The email address you want to add is: projects@socialsoup.com
  2. Check your: junk/spam/clutter folder for our message. 

If, after all that, you think you should be receiving messages from us and aren’t, please contact us.
