Poor app performance/crashes

Firstly, close all your other open apps and the Social Soup app. Try opening it up again and seeing how it runs. 

Secondly, after you’ve done the first step – try running the app on Wi-Fi, or if you're on Wi-Fi, try on 4G.

Thirdly, after you've checked that your phone meets the minimum specs (an iPhone with iOS 8 or higher or an Android phone with version 4.4 or higher) - uninstall the app and reinstall it. 

Finally, if things are still crashing like it’s a destruction derby, get in contact with us and we’ll help you out. When you contact us, please include:

  • A screenshot of the issue
  • The make and model of your device
  • Your devices OS level
