Poor app performance/crashes

Firstly, close all your other open apps and the Social Soup app. Try opening it up again and seeing how it runs. 

Secondly, after you’ve done the first step – try running the app on Wi-Fi, or if you're on Wi-Fi, try on mobile data.

Thirdly, after you've checked that your phone meets the minimum specs - uninstall the app and reinstall it.
