I haven’t received my pack yet

AusPost is experiencing significant delays, as long as your due date isn’t near, please allow some extra time for it to be delivered, and don’t worry about the reminders

If the close date for the campaign is nearing, please provide us your delivery address. 

We’ll then be able to get in touch with our delivery company to see what happened to that cheeky pack of yours!

Once you've been welcomed to a project, we normally send a "Your pack's on its way" message a week later. This message has more info on when your pack will arrive and includes a tracking number.

If the tracking website doesn’t work or gives you a status that doesn’t quite make sense, please contact us.

Some projects don't have tracking codes, so we'll give you a time frame of when you can expect it to be delivered. Since we're in Sydney, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for some packs to arrive.

Please make sure to include your current delivery address in any pack enquiries you submit.
