I haven’t received my pack yet
Oh no! Let's see what might be happening...
Tracking number
- If the campaign has a tracking number, it will be in an email from us
- Use the tracking number to see where it is
- If the status mentions it's been returned, please email us and include your current delivery address
No tracking number
- Allow 2 weeks from the campaign start date for your pack to get to you. The pack is coming from Sydney and often takes the full two weeks to arrive interstate
- If you haven't received it after 2 weeks, please email us and include your current delivery address
Are we sending you a pack?
- Please double check that we are sending you a product by checking your missions list
- If we are sending you a product, the mission will be called "Your pack"
- If we are not sending you a product, the campaign might be an experience, a voucher code, or we're asking you to head instore and purchase the product yourself in return for payment
